Harvest Festival Campaign
A neighbourhood grocer wanted its month-long autumn Harvest Festival to feel like an event, not a promotion. The brief: posters, social posts and shelf talkers with one unifying story across every surface.
Overview
A neighbourhood grocer wanted its month-long autumn Harvest Festival to feel like an event, not a promotion. The brief: posters, social posts and shelf talkers with one unifying story across every surface.
We built the campaign around growers' stories — one producer per week — giving every poster a face, every shelf talker a sentence worth reading, and social a reason to follow along daily.
The challenge
Seasonal promotions blur together: discount-led posters shoppers ignore and social posts that read like flyers. The festival needed warmth and a reason to visit weekly.
Approach
Story-led retail: four grower narratives rotated weekly across posters, shelf talkers and social, with a consistent headline system and a closing-week recipe series to finish with a flourish.
What was delivered
Outcome
Shoppers followed the festival week to week, asking staff about the growers by name. The grocer now runs the story-led format for every seasonal event.
“Our customers came in asking for the farmers by name. Extraordinary.”
